DAILY RATES INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Pick- up and drop off at the nearest airport to camp in the area in which you will be hunting.

South African Hunting license fees.

The services of an experienced and qualified Professional Hunter with a well-equipped vehicle.

All land transportation while on Safari.

Field preparation of trophies and delivery to taxidermist.

Standard equipment where required.

Complete support crew of camp staff, trackers and skinners.

Accommodation ranging from comfortable Country Hunting Camps to Luxurious Safari Lodges including laundry services.

All meals, soft drinks and local beer and wine in moderation.

Wi-Fi (only available at certain Camps and Lodges).

A 15% Government-regulated Value-Added Tax (VAT) on all daily rates and services.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

All clients need to accept and sign the hunting safari agreement, providing all the details of the upcoming safari.
-
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total daily rates or as required, depending on the nature of the package, will be payable to confirm your booking.
-
50% of your total estimated safari cost is to be settled and paid 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival or commencement of the Hunting Safari.
-
Final settlement of the Hunting Safari Cost including additional hunting days and or trophies taken, is payable upon conclusion of the Safari in cash or by wire transfer. No cheques will be accepted.

Additional trophies and hunting days can be added onto packages.

Package trophies can be substituted with animals of the same value, depending on availability of preferred trophy animal.

There is no refund on trophies that were wounded. If not recovered during the hunt, wounded animals to be paid in full as per trophy price list. 15% VAT to be paid on wounded or lost animals.
BOOKING PROSEDURES
Once you have contacted us with your hunting enquiry, booking can take place via your agent or directly with Stone Creek Safaris.

DEPOSIT
PLAINS GAME: A minimum deposit of 50% of the total daily rates is required to confirm a booking, unless stated differently within your contract or quotation.
CAPE BUFFALO: A minimum deposit of 50% of the total Package Fee is required to confirm a booking, unless stated differently within your contract or quotation.
A hunt is only CONFIRMED once a contract has been undertaken between Stone Creek Safaris and the client, and a required deposit has been paid.

CANCILLATION POLLICY
In the event of a Hunting Party cancelling a safari less than 6 (six) months prior to the commencement date of the Hunting Safari, the deposit will be forfeited if the dates cannot be rescheduled to alternate dates within the same season, or the following season.
Safaris cancelled more than 6 months prior to the commencement date of the hunt the client will be refunded the deposit less 50%. This 50% will not be refunded but can be allocated to a future safari with alternate dates within the same season, or the following season. Notwithstanding clause 1 and 2 above, if a Hunting Party cancels a Hunting Safari but find substitute hunters to participate in the designated area, and on the booked date, the Hunting Party will be refunded the deposit less 15% Administration Fee.

Should a Hunting Party be delayed on arrival or decided to leave early on their own accord, no refunds shall be made.
SURCHARGES ON TRANSACTIONS
Credit Cards - A 3.5% surcharge will be levied on all credit card transactions.
Checks - No cheque transactions accepted.
